I'm a Hundredaire

The other day I received my royalties from Smashwords.  They came to $207.65 for the fourth quarter of 2010.  That's hardly J.K. Rowling money (or even Amanda Hocking), but I'm really pretty jazzed about it.  As you can see from my little chart, my royalties are going up substantially each quarter.  To date I've made more than $400.00 from my writing.  Sales don't seem to be slowing down and with the addition of five more books this year, I hope to see more increases.

Even looking at royalties, you can't start to think of writing as a business at this stage of the game.  I'm still writing because I enjoy storytelling and I hope to get better as I tell more stories.  To all of you who bought one of my books or ebooks, thank you.
